Established in 1933 by Mr. P. C. Basu and Mr. K. P. Banerjee, Basu Banerjee Nath & Co., Chartered Accountants (BBN) is one of the leading Chartered Accountancy firms in Bangladesh. Since then, the firm is serving the society with undisputed professional ethics. BBN has been providing professional services in the areas of accounting, auditing, valuation, taxation, business advisory etc. since its establishment in 1933.

Over the last 89 years, a lot of legendary professionals have been qualified from the firm, leaded the profession and enriched with their knowledge. The present Senior Partner Mr. A. C. Nath qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1968 and joined the firm in 1969 as a partner. Mr. G. C. Paul, FCA joined as a partner in 1989. We are enlisted with regulatory bodies like Bangladesh Bank (BB), Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB), Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) and Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE). We are also enlisted with PKSF and Save the Children as panel auditor.
