Dipok Kumar Roy, M.Com. (Management), FCA,  is experienced in audit, tax and consultancy services in different national, multinational and international organizations. He has joined the firm recently as Partner after long career on financial sectors especially in the financial institutions, venture and private equity fund management organizations including Fund Manager of USA for management of IFC SME fund. Before that, he served S.F Ahmed & Co., the then independent member firm of Ernst & Young in Bangladesh, as articled student (three and half years) and consultant (three years after the period of articleship) for dealing with  various type of consultancy jobs in addition to audit.

He actively participated in merger scheme of 4 (four) companies of Rahimafrooz Group and incorporated as ‘Rahimafrooz Batteries Ltd’ and demerger of Crop protection sector of Novartis Ltd. as ‘Syngenta Bangladesh Ltd’. He also conducted time and motion study of Finance and Accounts department of ICDDR, B, adaptation of double entry accounting systems for Adarsha Gram Project-II with training, installing and customizing accounting software of quick books pro upon designing the applicable chart of accounts, cost reduction scheme of Rahimafrooz Batteris Ltd., inventory management of Dhaka WASA and so on.

He actively participated in fund raising of IFC SME fund in Bangladesh managed by Small Enterprise Assistance Fund (SEAF), a fund manager incorporated in Delaware, USA and served as Chief Financial Officer for the fund. He also involved in fund raising initiative for IFC climate resilience fund under SEAF Management.

As recognition of expertise he was selected as Guest Speaker on Corporate Governance in Banking Sector- Transparency and Accountability, Financial System Stability and Stress Testing. In addition to above, a lot of his articles on economic, laws, corporate and business issues were published in the Financial Express, the most circulated economic newspapers in Bangladesh and which uses syndication services of Financial Times, London.
