Mr. Uzzal Deb Nath, M.com. FCA,  having professional  experiences since 2010 with responsible positions in different organizations and since 2013  as partner of Basu Banerjee Nath & Co. , Chartered Accountants, is experienced in audit and consultancy including tax, VAT, valuation business advisory, secretarial matters and accounting.

Mr. Deb Nath has wide experiences in auditing with the firm as partner since 2013 in addition to conducing audit during articleship with RRH (KPMG), one of the leading audit firm in Bangladesh. During his professional career and as partner, he conducted audit of a lot of private limited companies, public limited companies including listed, Banks and FIs, NGO and Development Organizations, Trading and Manufacturing concerns, and trust/societies and associates.  He conducted management consultancy including valuation of fixed assets & business, improvement of fixed assets management systems, merger and acquisition, Inventory management etc.

Upon completion of course, he served different organization sitting in the responsible positions from 2001 to 2013 specially in Abul Khair Hroup. He is also experienced and trained on quality audit working papers, the art of leadership, public financial management and oracle implementation.
