Gobinda Chandra Paul, B.Com., FCA, having long experiences since 1986 with this profession and Basu Banerjee Nath & Co. (BBNC), Chartered Accountants, served the profession as auditor and consultant with professional integrity.

During his career in the profession and with BBNC , he acquired sufficient knowledge and capacities on Audit, Consultancy including Management Consultancy, Consultancy on Tax, VAT and system Development and advisory functions of different economic and socioeconomic sectors like Govt. & Semi Govt. organisation, autonomous bodies, Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance companies, foreign organizations, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing Industries, Listed Companies, Private companies & enterprises, NGOs, Hospitals, clubs, trust and associations etc.

In addition to the above he completed his has articleship with this firm and upon qualified in 1986, he served different organizations for  8 years specially as Chief Accountant in Padma Textile Mills Ltd., Chief Accountant in Jute Spinners Ltd., Deputy Chief Accountant in Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC), and Cost Accountant in M.M. Ispahani Tea Blending & Packaging Factory.

Mr. Paul plays significant roles in different board as Independent Directors as well over years.
