Mr. Anil Chanra Nath, LL.B., FCA, having long experiences since 1969 with this profession and Basu Banerjee Nath & Co., Chartered Accountants, contributed a lot for the country as professional leader by serving differently as auditor and consultant. Upon completion his articleship and qualification from this firm, he joined as partner in 1969
His expertise and long experiences include Auditing, Accounting, Consultancy on Tax and VAT, Management consultancy, Valuation of fixed assets, industries and businesses, Company advisory and secretarial jobs. During his long career in the profession he served Govt. & Semi Govt. organizations, autonomous bodies, Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Foreign organizations, Manufacturing Industries, Listed Companies, Private companies & enterprises, NGOs and Development Organizations (National and International), Hospitals, clubs, associates, trust & societies, and different authority of the Government including Board of Investment ( BOI, presently termed as BIDA), Privatization Commission etc.
He also discharged responsibilities as:

President of ICAB in 1997, Council Member of ICAB for 3 terms, Chairman of various committees of ICAB Council, Chairman, Regional Committee of ICAB, and Chief Election Commissioner of ICAB for 2015-2018.

Director, Dhaka WASA, Director, Power Grid Co. of Bangladesh Ltd. And Represented ICAB in Securities & Exchange Commission, and as Councilor, Dhaka Stock Exchange.

He attended the International Conferences as leader of delegation of ICAB for World Congress in Paris, Conference in Brussels on Accounting Standards, SAFA Conference in Lahore, Pakistan and Conference of Chartered Accountants in Sri Lanka, and in Bangkok.
